Good laughs last night.

I watched The 40 Year Old Virgin last night. It's worth a look if you like comedies or Steve Carell (of The Office).

My wife and I went for a "date" to the High Level Diner.. the food was great. If you're in Edmonton and haven't been, do yourself a favour and check it out some time for brunch or dinner. The reason I say "date" is because this is sort of the first date we've been on together with the new little bundle, so it was kind of funny cause my wife had to take our girl to the restroom to breastfeed her so I ate half the dinner alone. It was still fun though. Then we went home, watched a flick, and I finally got more than 4 hours of sleep this week so I feel good.

I also had this dream that it was time to wake up, then when I woke up, I still had 2 hours to go, so I was pleasantly surprised at 3am. I like it when it happens like that. I hate it when I'm dreaming that I wake up to see it's 3am, only to be awaken by the alarm that second and seeing that it's 5 or 6 or later in "real life".

This is a wamr January so far... +7 degrees celcius today. Normally we'd be -15 or so. It was still cold enough this morning (-7) that I couldn't open my car door because it froze after washing the car last night. Cheerio, Holden
