Listen, if you have a tech support job and have to give people URLs all day, learn what an actual backslash is.
This URL www.myspace.com/mysisterocean doesn't have a backslash. But a lot of you think it does.
The backslash is the one above the Enter key, it has a vertical line on it.
The frontslash is the one on the same key as the question mark.
Now, a backslash will work, but it's not correct. Just say "slash."
