RIP Heath

Wow.

There have only been a handful of times when I've been truly shocked/in shock when a celebrity dies.

Kurt Cobain
Chris Farley
Phil Hartman
Layne Staley
Shannon Hoon (Blind Melon singer)
and now Heath Ledger

Sure others have definitely gone before their time but these few have had an impact on my life in terms of actual inspiration.

Looking at this list is bizarre to me. It's a short list of people I truly wish I would've had the opportunity to meet, and never will.

He's leaving behind a little girl roughly the same age as my daughter... It saddens me and I have no connection to these people, I can't imagine what his family and friends are going through.
