Since this "Facebook" thing has caught on, I've noticed a lack of new blogs from everyone including myself...
And MySpace is a great tool for bands, still better in my opinion than Facebook, but with all the traffic moving to Facebook, bands are needing multiple sites to keep up with it all...
I'm tempted to direct all traffic away from MySpace and Facebook and back to our main site again, except that there seems to be this "if you're not with us you're against us" thing happening so you need to go where everyone else is to stay current.
All I know is, as a band, it's fun to interact with our fans and find new ones so we need to get the name wherever we can. Our site doesn't really have that much interactivity and the forum is just one more place for fans to have to find, where on MySpace they can leave messages and comments very easily, and I don't have to be a webmaster to do it.
Anyway, that all said, to those of you that are still writing blogs, keep it up! I love hearing about your lives and feel like it's my chance to keep up with friends I may not get to see all that often.
And we're still gonna be on MySpace, and Facebook, and Blogger. Until we are on the road full-time. I make no promises when that happens.
