Canadian Music Week Part 2

We stayed at the Fairmort Royal York Hotel in room 4-155. It was apparently the nicest hotel in Canada. For me, a hotel's a hotel. No matter how good it is, home is better. That said, it beats a Super 8.

At the Canadian Radiostar Finals, we were playing among some of Canada's best. We had just played a show a few weeks back with these guys (Joshua's Habit) and as it turns out, they won the Radiostar thing in Calgary. So, when we met up in Toronto, it was the Battle of Alberta. Pictured here are Trav and Whiskey, myself and Eug.


Winning the Radiostar Competition meant we got an intimate session with some of Canada's most prolific and successful songwriters. After the session, we took this photo. Eug, me, Greg Johnston (writer for Ryan Malcolm, Olivia Newton-John, and coincidentally, a lot of our friends from college!), and Haydain Neale (singer for Juno winning group Jacksoul)


The coolest part is yet to come though... Peace.
